London Marathon

Went to London to meet my girl friend last weekend. Stayed over at my mate's place. I was surprised to see the other London Marathon. I've took some photos using my phone/camera. This is what I saw or what my camera 'saw'....

Oh Yes!!! It's a street protest. You don't get to see that many street protest in KL... Hmm... Not sure if that's valid??? But anyway,, as you can see in the photos, this protest is being done in a 'relatively' safe environment where police are guiding these idiots walking around the city to show everyone something everyone don't know and don't care.

There was a massive traffic jam behind the protest by the way. This is the cost of having street protest. Haha....

Cyclist

Saw a bicycle accident this morning. The cyclist was a girl and she was dodging the bus and accidentally hit a van parked at the road side. She fell down but there were no cuts or bruises.

Too bad there wasn't any upskirts or anything. Don't think I'll ever get the chance to see any upskirt in a bike accident, cause normally girls don't wear a skirt while cycling.

Anyway, bicycle accidents sort of 'inspired' (or whatever you wanna call it) in writing this post. I used to cycle to work everyday, until I realised how dangerous it is. Really.... Here are some photos of some serious bike accidents.

This is what that's left in a bicycle accident. The cyclist got smeared by the truck's tyre and there's nothing left of him, but his bike.
Just like this...
Sometimes you get crazy drivers that wants all pedestrians, cyclist and motor-cyclist to get off the road.
Perhaps they should design bikes which are safe enough for accidents. Like seat belts and stronger frames. Just like this one...

I think all cyclists should gather together someday, and show other motorist, who's the boss.

Council Tax

Since I will be leaving this pathetic country in September, I'm gonna try and get myself away from paying Council Tax this year. So, I'll have to stay low, under the radar for 6 months, and hope that the council here is stupid enough. I'm gonna try and abuse their stupidity. Haha...

So where does all these council tax (cukai pintu) goes? Council tax are collected by local government (DBKL equivalent) to make the city beautiful, maintain the roads (not highways or any trunk roads), bridges, retaining walls, collect rubbish, clean the streets.... You get the point...

Well, the way ppl avoid paying council tax in KL is by ignoring DBKL, then give some money to some person, who called themselves officers, and you'll be safe. Quick, easy and common. This is how things are done in KL.

What about the British way of doing it? First of all, British don't like receiving briberies. I don't know why. Maybe they have no balls? Maybe they have strict policies and are being enforced by the law? But certainly not because of ethic, cause I don't believe Brits have any.

The way the Brits avoid council tax, is to point their fingers to someone else. Blaming other people. Blaming the postman. Blaming the council for not asking them. Blaming the bank for not defaulting the direct debit. Blaming the neighbours for stealing their mail.
They will create some ridiculous nonsense and blame somebody else. Yes, this is the true British culture. I'm working in an office full of Brits and I understand how they blame peoples. Brits are very slick and careful with their words.

If the Brits can't find any excuses or someone to blame on, they'll make a big fuss of it. They'll make up a story and pretend that their helpless in coping up with the council tax and publish it in newspapers. For example, a lady can say that she lost her boyfriend in the Iraq War, can't cope up with council tax, her cat/dog died last week, inflation is high, can't cope up with the mortgages due to credit crunch... You know all those bullshit. They can even hold protests and blame the banks for increasing their credit limit, causing them to have a hard time to pay their credit card debt.

By publishing these news in the local papers, local councils will feel threatened and not collect tax from her. This is the true British way of dealing with problems. They're COWARDS.

Good Friday & Easter

It was Good Friday yesterday. Don't know why the Christians named it 'Good Friday' even though it's supposed to be a sad day. Hmmm.... For those who don't know, 'Good Friday' is the day when Jesus died in the Cross. So, I don't think that's anything 'good' about it.....

Well, after Jesus died, he rejuvenated or goes to heaven on Easter Day, which is the following Sunday. So, I think Easter is an important day for Christian. It should be something as important as Christmas. And should be public holiday in Malaysia.

Anyway, I don't know how Easter got itself related to painted eggs called Easter Eggs. I think it's pathetic and meaningless to paint these stupid eggs. The whole story about Easter eggs and Easter Bunny has nothing to do with Easter Day. It's probably marketing strategies by some chocolate company.

They probably branded chocolates with easter. And later on wanted to make adverts more appealing, hence introduced the Easter Bunny, like the one below...

To those Christian believers, Happy Easter and Sad 'Good Friday'?? I'm not a christian by the way, so please please please don't try and convert or enlighten me. Cause I'll fuck the shit out of you.

Alone

I've been having dinner alone these days. All my housemates are gone elsewhere... Holiday, home.... leaving me all alone.... I hate being alone...

Maybe to some people eating alone is something normal or something ordinary.... Just like those fucking Brits always do... But this is how I feel when I'm eating alone....

Guess my decision to leave this forsaken island (Britain) is right. I came to this island alone, and I shall leave this island alone...

Gym

Went to the gym the other day with a friend, who goes there regularly. He said he had some free tickets and could bring a visitor with him. So I just followed him just to have a look around.

One thing that I've noted in the gym around here, is that it's full of fit guys. You don't get to see FAT BLOBS lifting weight or any of those machines. I guess they kinda feel bad surrounded by fit guys and muscle men....

Well most of the people there seem to have their own personal trainer. I don't see the point of having one. I have no idea what the fuck those personal trainers do. They're big and macho and do nothing.... honestly....

I think what they do is just ask you to do some warm ups and stretching... Then they'll stand aside and ask you to lift weights. What they do, is just motivate you to lift those bloody damn heavy weights... "GO ON!!! PUSH YOURSELF... ONE MORE!!! C'MON, YOU CAN DO IT!!! ". Haha.... People actually pay these muscle hunks just to motivate them?? Hmm.....

I think what you need is a friend or a partner to motivate you instead. Is it worth having a personal trainer??? Maybe it is if you're aiming to make your body look like this.....
